Former US President and Republican Party candidate Donald Trump has once again fueled the ‘gender’ controversy of the Olympics. Criticizing two boxers who won gold medals in the recently concluded Paris Olympics, Trump said that ‘men should be kept away from women’s sports’.
During a rally in Pennsylvania, Trump promised to keep men out of women’s sports. Let us tell you that this is not the first time that Trump has raised the issue of gender controversy in the Olympics. He is continuously mentioning this in his rallies. He has the support of Elon Musk as well as many other celebrities.
However, he is using such language on this issue which is also being criticized by LGBTQ+ groups.
Know which two athletes are in dispute
Questions have been raised regarding two female athletes in the recently held Paris Olympics. One of them is Iman Khalif of Algeria and the other boxer is Li Yu-ting of Taiwan. Both have been accused of hiding their gender. Trump is continuously raising questions on this and says that they were men, whereas both of them boxed in the women’s category. Trump says it is dangerous for women.

Actually, in a boxing match in Paris Olympics, a match was going on between Angela Carini of Italy and Iman Khalif of Algeria. Angela withdrew from the match in just 46 seconds and Iman was given the victory in this match. Angela later claimed that she had never received such a strong punch. While sharing this video, Trump had raised questions even then.
