In Banda, Uttar Pradesh, a man killed his sister’s lover. On receiving the information, the police arrived, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem. After this, on the complaint of family members, an FIR was registered in the case and the accused was arrested. Police say that the accused will be punished as soon as possible through fast track court.
The matter is of Pachnehi village of Dehat Kotwali. Indal Singh, a resident of this place, was having an affair with a girl for many years. The girl’s brother Umashankar Singh was also aware of this. This caused a lot of bad reputation among the village and relatives. Because of this, accused Umashankar Singh was constantly thinking of taking revenge from Indal Singh. As soon as he got a chance on Tuesday, he beat Indal Singh to death with a stick.

The deceased and the accused were related to uncle and nephew.
After this Umashankar fled from the spot. After the incident, senior police officers reached the spot and conducted post-mortem of the body and registered a case. The police have arrested the accused with the stick used in the murder. Further legal action has been initiated in the matter. Let us tell you that there was a family uncle-nephew relationship between the deceased Indal Singh and the accused.
SP said this in the matter
SP Ankur Aggarwal said that information was received that Indal Singh has been murdered in Pachnehi village of Dehat Kotwali. Immediately the police team reached the spot and took possession of the body and got the post-mortem done. A case has been registered on the complaint of the family members. The accused is being arrested and presented in the court. In this case, efforts will be made to get punishment in the fast track court as soon as possible.
