Now in this case, Lucknow Police posted on social media (X) that legal action has been taken against Pawan Yadav (son Phoolchand) on the basis of available evidence. According to the information, three cases (cases) are already registered against accused Pawan at the local level. Chargesheet has been filed in this. At present, the present case is being investigated by the police.
Lucknow Police further wrote in its post that the investigation will be decided on the basis of evidence. As of now, neither has the accused been given a clean chit by the police nor has he been acquitted by the Honorable Court.
