Hathras: Suhail was putting the tricolor flag on the roof, then he got hit by a high tension line, died due to electric shock.

An accident took place on the occasion of Independence Day (15 August) in Hathras district of Uttar Pradesh, in which a 19-year-old youth lost his life. Actually, the young man had climbed on the roof of his shop to put up the tricolor flag, when he got hit by the power line passing from above. As soon as he got electrocuted, he fell down from the roof. The people present nearby took him to the hospital but by then it was too late.

The matter is of Sikandrarau town of Hathras, where Suhail had climbed to put the tricolor flag on the roof of his shop. The high tension line passes near the same roof. While hoisting the flag, Suhail got hit by this high tension line. As soon as he got the electric shock, Suhail fell from the roof to the ground.

As soon as people saw the scene, they were shocked. They immediately ran to the nearest hospital with Suhail, where doctors declared him dead. As soon as the news of Suhail’s death was received, there was chaos among the family members. He is in bad condition and crying.

According to the information, Suhail (son Naeem), resident of Khizarganj of Sikandrarau town of the district, has a shop near the municipality. Inspired by the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, Suhail had also climbed up to put a flag on the roof of his shop, where the high tension power line was passing. Suhail got caught in the current and fell down from the roof. Family members and neighboring shopkeepers immediately took him to the hospital but the doctor declared him dead. The family members have accused the municipality of negligence regarding the power line.

It is noteworthy that two days ago, a child had died due to electrocution from an electric pole near Mohalla Lala Ka Nagla of Hathras. The condition of the other one was critical. He is being treated in the district hospital.
