NIRF 2024 Top 20 Medical Colleges: The Undergraduate National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) counseling process will be started today by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). On the basis of NEET score, an opportunity will be given to choose the medical college of one’s choice from 16th to 20th August. Meanwhile, good news has come for the students looking for admission in Undergraduate Medical College. The Ministry of Education has released the NIRF 2024 ranking, in which the list of top medical colleges of the country has also been given. Students can also keep this list in mind during choice filling. This will help students to choose a good medical college.
Actually, under NIRF i.e. National Institute of Ranking Framework, the Government of India decides the rank of higher educational institutions across the country on the basis of their performance. The parameters on which institutions are ranked are learning and resources, research and professional practice, graduate outcomes, outreach and perception. 3 new categories were added this year
NIRF ranking list has been released for 16 different categories. This year three new categories – state universities, skill universities and open universities have been added. Other categories include universities, colleges, research institutes, engineering, management, pharmacy, medical, dental, law, architecture and planning, agriculture and allied sectors, and innovation.
Let us tell you that the NIRF ranking list is now available on the official website of NIRF, nirfindia.org. The announcement ceremony was held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Minister of State for Education Sukanto Majumdar and other officials were also present in this program.
