In Uttar Pradesh, a scheme is being run in government schools to make students faster in studies. Although this work comes under the Basic Education Department, but a task force has been formed under the chairmanship of Rampur District Magistrate (DM), in which officers from different departments have been included, who reach the schools to inspect. In this sequence, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr. SP Singh reached Kishanpur Atria Primary School in Rampur Nagar area to inspect and wanted to know about the progress of the students from the female principal.

CMO Saheb alleges that during the investigation, Principal Madam showed a very strict attitude and gave him sharp answers. When asked whether all students are proficient? The principal said that all donkeys cannot be horses. Not only this, the Principal even told the CMO that I also keep two barrel guns with me. Not afraid of anyone.

Angered by this behavior of the female principal, CMO Saheb immediately left the place. When the task force meeting was held under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate, he narrated his plight in front of all the officials. After listening to him, the Basic Education Officer has issued a show cause notice to the accused principal. If no response is received, BSA has also said that action will be taken against the principal.

On this subject, District Basic Education Officer Raghavendra Singh said that on July 11, CMO Saheb had gone to Kishanpur Primary School which falls in Atriya Nagar area for inspection. After the inspection, when our departmental meeting was held on 25th July, CMO Saheb said that Headmaster Asma Parveen did not talk to him politely. He said to me (CMO) – Yes, tell me, I am the head master here, what do you have to say, I have a licensed weapon, I keep a weapon, I am not afraid of any goon.

When CMO sir said whether all the children here are good in studies or not? So Asma Parveen said – All donkeys cannot be horses. The CMO says that the post of a teacher has dignity, but the headmaster behaved contrary to this dignity. At present, after the complaint, BSA has issued a notice to Principal Asma Parveen. Also, clarification has been sought within three days. If a satisfactory reply comes within three days then it is fine, otherwise action will be taken.
