An incident of rape of a 25 year old woman has come to light in Navi Mumbai. In this case, based on the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against two accused under various sections of the IPC. The police is investigating the case and searching for the accused.
According to the information, the victim has said in the complaint that one of the accused raped her in Nagpur on January 15, 2021. After this, on January 27, he along with his friend beat her up and physically abused her. The accused made her a victim of his lust many times.
A police officer of Khandeshwar police station said that on the basis of the complaint of the victim woman, a case has been registered against the accused under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code on Sunday. The victim has not yet explained why she filed the complaint so late after three years.
Let us tell you that in the month of April also, an incident of rape of a seven year old girl came to light in Navi Mumbai. This incident was carried out by the victim’s neighbor. Based on the complaint of the victim’s family, the police registered a case and arrested the 40-year-old accused.
According to the police, the accused and the victim lived in the same building in Ulwe area of Navi Mumbai. The victim girl had gone to the accused’s house to play. An officer of Sagari police station said that the accused had made the victim a victim of his lust inside his house.
The accused had sexually exploited her earlier also. Showed him obscene pictures. After the incident, he had asked the victim not to tell anyone. Based on the complaint of the victim’s family, a case was registered against the accused under sections 376, 376(2)(J)(N), 376AB of the Indian Penal Code.
