A sensational case of acid attack has come to light in Nandalur, Andhra Pradesh. Here a 44-year-old widow woman threw acid on her ex-boyfriend because he was cheating on her and marrying another girl. After this attack, there was chaos in the wedding ceremony. The boyfriend also attacked the woman with a knife, in which she got injured. The police have registered a case in this matter and arrested both of them.
According to the information, a woman named Jaya, resident of Tirupati, has been a software engineer. He has a 22 year old son. After the death of her husband, she was in a relationship with a young man named Sheikh Syed (32). Both lived with each other for about 10 years. Meanwhile Sheikh went to Kuwait to work. He stayed there for four years. After returning from there, under pressure from his family, he agreed to marry another girl.
On Sunday, around 11 o’clock, preparations were going on for Sheikh Syed’s wedding in Aravapalli village of Nandalur mandal. Guests and family members were gathered. Meanwhile, the woman came there. She started opposing the marriage. There was a fierce fight between the two. Sheikh clearly said that he will not live with Jaya anymore. Enraged by this, the woman attacked him with bathroom cleaning acid, which fell on Shaikh’s aunt.
After this Sheikh Syed retaliated and attacked Jaya with a knife. He also suffered minor injuries in this. As soon as information about this incident was received, the police reached the spot. Based on the complaints from both the parties, the police have registered a case against Jaya and Sheikh under relevant sections of the Indian Justice Code. The police have arrested both of them and are investigating the matter. At present Sheikh’s marriage has been cancelled.

She informed the police that her lover had attacked her with acid. But the police reached the spot, after investigation, arrested the accused woman and sent her to jail. The name of the person injured in the acid attack is Hemshankar. He lives in Awas Vikas Colony.
Hemshankar has a cloth and metal shop in Khandari. About six months ago, a woman named Asma came to his shop to buy goods. There was contact between the two while purchasing goods. Both started talking to each other. Asma is the mother of three children. She started loving Hemshankar in her heart. Recently Hemshankar’s marriage was fixed, when Asma came to know about it, she started opposing it. She started talking about breaking the marriage.
Initially Hemshankar considered his words a joke. But later he realized that the matter was serious. She told him that she was the mother of three children. In such a situation, her family will not be ready to marry her. Angered by this, Asma attacked him with acid. Due to this, Hemshankar got deep wounds at many places on his face. After this the accused woman fled from the spot. But the police put his phone number on surveillance and caught him.
