An incident of rape of a girl has come to light in Bijnor police station area of Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. It is alleged that the girl was called to the guest house in the name of job, where she was given intoxicants in the cold drink and then the rape incident was carried out. At present, the police have registered a case and started investigating the matter.
According to the information, the accused who raped the victim is a friend of the victim’s husband. He has a guest house in Bijnor, Lucknow, where he had called the girl in the name of job. When the girl reached the guest house, the accused mixed intoxicant in a cold drink and gave it to her. When the girl drank the cold drink, she became unconscious after some time. After this the accused raped her.

When the girl regained consciousness, she came to know about the incident. The accused had also made a video. When the victim protested, accused Abhimanyu Singh threatened her and said that if she told anything to anyone, he would make the video viral.
After this the victim reached her home and told her husband about the entire incident. After this the matter was reported to the police. Based on the complaint of the victim, the police registered a case and started investigation.
The girl’s husband had talked to his friend Abhimanyu to get a job for his wife. On this Abhimanyu had said that the job of caretaker is vacant in his hotel. Due to this, the girl went to the accused’s hotel, where she was raped. Police said that a case has been registered under sections 64(1) and 123 of the IPC and further action is being taken in the matter.
