India’s neighboring country Bangladesh is in the grip of violence. The situation has become so bad that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina had to resign from her post and leave the country. During this, a large number of protesters were successful in entering Dhaka Palace and breaking the statue of Sheikh Mujib. Amidst the atmosphere of tension in the country, Army Chief General Waqar-uz-Zaman soon announced the formation of an interim government.

As the news of Sheikh Hasina leaving Dhaka spread, protesters demanding her resignation entered the Prime Minister’s residence Ganobhabon. At around 3 pm, as Ganobhabon’s doors opened, protesters entered the complex and celebrated. Hasina and her sister had already left from there.

It can be seen in the video that the scene of people opening the doors of the Prime Minister’s residence in Dhaka and entering inside has gone viral. Thousands of people were creating ruckus in the Prime Minister’s residence without any fear. No security personnel or police personnel were visible there. The protesters were also taking away items like chairs and sofas from the Prime Minister’s residence and someone was taking away a TV. Know about the Prime Minister’s residence of Bangladesh
