The case of rape of a minor in Ayodhya, UP echoed in the Assembly on Thursday. CM Yogi cornered Samajwadi Party and current SP MP from Ayodhya, Awadhesh Prasad on this matter. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the accused of rape belongs to the Samajwadi Party. He has committed misdeeds with a girl from a backward caste. But till now SP has not taken any action on this entire matter. Whereas the accused is close to the SP MP.
What did CM Yogi Adityanath say?
CM Yogi said that an incident of rape of a 12-year-old minor took place in Ayodhya. Samajwadi Party leader Moin Khan, who lives with the Ayodhya MP, was found involved in this act. He wakes up and eats with them. He is a member of his own team. But SP did not take any action on it. CM said that the minor is from a very backward caste. But no action was taken. Yogi said that those who breach the security of women will not be spared.

This incident of rape took place in the entire Kalandar police station area of Ayodhya, where after raping a teenage girl, the accused made an obscene video of her and then blackmailed her and continued doing heinous acts for a long time. This matter came to light when the minor victim became two months pregnant.
The victim’s family complained about this matter to the police but it is alleged that no action was taken. After this, when people of Nishad Party along with VHP, Bajrang Dal expressed anger over this matter, the police arrested two people including the Bhadarsa Nagar President of Samajwadi Party.

The girl was returning from the fields…
The 12-year-old victim is the youngest of four sisters; her father died two years ago. The household survives on the money earned from labor by his mother and sisters. It is alleged that about two and a half months ago the victim was returning from the fields after working as a labourer. Then on the way he met a man named Raju who told him that bakery owner Moeed Khan was calling him. It is alleged that Moeed raped her and Raju made a video of it. Then Raju also raped the girl. For a long time, both of them kept doing dirty work with her by blackmailing her on the basis of the video.
The matter came to light when the girl became two months pregnant. The victim’s mother told that when we went to the police post with the complaint, the sub-inspector told us to keep Raju’s name but remove the other name. Then after the intervention of the SP, our case was registered. We want death sentence for the accused.
