A man and his one-year-old daughter died due to food poisoning in Gonda district of UP. While three other members of the family are ill, they have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. Police gave this information. According to the police, after this incident on Friday, the health department has sent a team to the village.

Giving information regarding the incident, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr. Rashmi Verma said that the condition of 30-year-old Sushil Kumar Shukla and his family members suddenly deteriorated on Friday. After which Suresh vomited and died at home.

According to Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr. Rashmi Verma, Sushal’s one-year-old daughter Shiva Devi was admitted to the hospital. But he died during treatment on Saturday morning. Meanwhile, the villagers also admitted Kumar’s wife Reema Shukla and two other minor daughters to the hospital with similar symptoms.

Sample sent for testing

The CMO said that the mother and both daughters are being kept under observation by a team of doctors. Prima facie it seems that the family members have suffered food poisoning. At present the sample has been sent for investigation. The real reason will be known only after the report.

At the same time, this incident has spread panic among the people nearby. People are scared. Only Sushil’s family is being discussed among the people nearby.
