In the case of Arvind Kejriwal, Aam Aadmi Party is fighting both legal and political battles. The good thing is that Aam Aadmi Party has also started getting support from INDIA block in Kejriwal case – and it has been decided to hold a protest on 30th July.

As far as the legal battle is concerned, Rouse Avenue Court has extended the judicial custody of Arvind Kejriwal in the Delhi Liquor Policy case till July 31 in the ED case. And similarly, judicial custody in the CBI case has been extended till August 8. Arvind Kejriwal was presented in the court through video conferencing. Meanwhile, Delhi High Court has also allowed Arvind Kejriwal to have two extra meetings with his lawyers.

Recently, in the INDIA Block meeting, AAP MP Sanjay Singh raised the issue of Arvind Kejriwal’s ill health and appealed for support. Now in a statement issued by Aam Aadmi Party, it has been said that INDIA Block will protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on July 30 regarding the health of jailed Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

Quoting sources, it is reported that the Aam Aadmi Party had raised the issue of Arvind Kejriwal’s health in the recent meeting of the India Alliance. After this, the leaders of India Alliance announced a rally in support of Arvind Kejriwal. India Alliance is going to hold a rally in support of Kejriwal on July 30 at Jantar Mantar.

Citing the medical report, Aam Aadmi Party has claimed that the sugar level of Arvind Kejriwal lodged in Tihar Jail is falling again and again. Making a direct attack on BJP, AAP leaders allege that a conspiracy is being hatched to kill Arvind Kejriwal in jail.

English newspaper The Hindu has quoted sources as saying that Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav and senior Congress leaders are likely to participate in the protest at Jantar Mantar, but whether Rahul Gandhi will join the protest or not. This is not confirmed.

Not only is Congress the largest party in the opposition camp, Rahul Gandhi is now not only the Congress but also the leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha. It is true that along with other alliance leaders, senior Congress leaders are also joining the protests, but Rahul Gandhi’s lack of a firm schedule raises doubts – and doubts also because similar abstinence was observed during the Lok Sabha elections. Has been seen.

Why is Rahul Gandhi avoiding Kejriwal?

Leaving aside the earlier things, even during the Lok Sabha elections, Rahul Gandhi was seen keeping distance from Arvind Kejriwal, while at the same time he was seen holding press conferences, road shows and joint election rallies with Akhilesh Yadav.

As far as relations between Akhilesh Yadav and Rahul Gandhi are concerned, they are still not described as cordial. It was reported that Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav, known as ‘UP boys’ after the 2017 election alliance, have not been able to develop cordial relations despite being seen together in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Even now, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has to make efforts to bring the two together. Talk of similar efforts was also heard during the discussion on seat sharing for by-elections on 10 assembly seats of UP.

Now the question is that despite not being comfortable, Rahul Gandhi sits together in the Lok Sabha even after the election campaign, then why is there any hesitation in coming on public platforms with Arvind Kejriwal.

And not only Rahul Gandhi, during the Lok Sabha elections it was also seen that the day after the joint press conference of Akhilesh Yadav and Mallikarjun Kharge in Lucknow, Arvind Kejriwal held a press conference with the Samajwadi Party leader. Earlier it was told that the three leaders would hold a press conference together. However, on the same day, Arvind Kejriwal was seen doing a road show in support of Congress candidates in Delhi.

There was a possibility of campaigning together in Delhi with Arvind Kejriwal and Rahul Gandhi, but that too was not seen. It was surprising because Congress had an electoral alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi, just like it had an electoral alliance with the Samajwadi Party in UP.

When Arvind Kejriwal was released from jail on interim bail for the election campaign, an attempt was made to know Rahul Gandhi’s opinion about becoming the Prime Minister, then Arvind Kejriwal told about himself, but avoided the question related to Rahul Gandhi.

The question was whether he would accept Rahul Gandhi as the Prime Minister of the country? Arvind Kejriwal said, ‘No such discussion has taken place. This is a theoretical question…we will discuss it when we sit together.

After all, why can’t Rahul Gandhi accept Arvind Kejriwal like Akhilesh Yadav?

Rahul Gandhi did not take his name even in Parliament

Has Rahul Gandhi still not lost his hesitation towards Arvind Kejriwal? And if this is really so, then what could be the special reason for it?

Is Arvind Kejriwal ready for alliance with Congress only in Delhi?
Or Aam Aadmi Party breaking its alliance with Congress before the Delhi Assembly elections after the Lok Sabha elections?
Or the inability of Delhi Congress leaders to accept Arvind Kejriwal? From Sheila Dikshit to Arvinder Singh Lovely, any leader was against any kind of relationship with Arvind Kejriwal. While Sheila Dikshit remained a wall on this issue all her life, Arvinder Singh Lovely had even left Congress on the issue of alliance with Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi. Current Delhi Pradesh Congress President Devendra Yadav is busy preparing to defeat Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi.

Recently, when Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal was giving a statement in the media on his health, Congress leader Sandeep Dixit had in a way rejected the claims. From the words of Sandeep Dikshit, son of former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, it seemed as if Congress was not believing the claims of AAP leaders regarding Arvind Kejriwal’s health.

As the leader of opposition in Parliament, Rahul Gandhi had definitely opposed the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal, but did not take his name. He was merely addressed as the Chief Minister – After all, what is the thing that is forcing Rahul Gandhi to abstain in the case of Arvind Kejriwal?
