After this budget, the term Minimum Support Price is also being discussed a lot. But this support price is linked to politics. Actually, generally the minimum support price is the money that farmers get in exchange for their crops as decided by the government. But after this budget, the minimum support price in politics is being discussed. He means Nitish Kumar and Chandrababu Naidu, that is, in return for their support to the Modi government, their state has got a big gift.
Why is it being called the minimum support price budget of the government?
NDA has a total of 293 seats in the Lok Sabha. That means 21 seats more than the majority number of 272. But in this, Nitish Kumar has the support of 12 seats and Chandrababu Naidu has the support of 16 seats with NDA. That means total 28 seats. The remaining 12 more allies together support 25 seats. Most of these parties have one or two seats only.
