YouTuber Elvish Yadav continues to be in the headlines. He is in limelight after winning Bigg Boss OTT 2. But controversy arose when his name came up in the Cobra incident. On Tuesday, Elvish was interrogated for 8 hours in the case of supply of snake venom. In Lucknow office, ED questioned Elvish about his bank accounts, foreign trips, income tax returns, luxury lifestyle.
According to information received from sources, Elvish gave vague answers. Kept silence on many questions. Said to be lacking information on facts. It is believed that ED will again summon Elvish Yadav for questioning. For which notice will be issued.

1. ED asked where the snakes were found? Who is connected to this network? To which Elvish Yadav did not respond.
2. ED interrogated Elvish about his bank accounts, foreign travel, property, income tax returns, expensive cars. YouTuber described social media as a means of earning.
3. ED placed the documents taken from Social YouTube India in front of Elvish Yadav and inquired about the transactions.
4. ED also took information from where the snakes used in the song of singer Rahul Yadav alias Fazilpuriya, close to Elvish Yadav, were procured and also asked what role Elvish played in this. The way he refused to give detailed information.
5. ED also said that permission was not taken to use snake in this song. Then where were these brought from? Information about which was said to be missing by Elvish.
6. ED showed the WhatsApp chats of his close ones in front of Elvish in which they are talking about snakes. Elvish believes that it is a normal conversation, it has nothing to do with smuggling.
7. ED also questioned Elvish about smuggling of snakes along with giving soft poison at the rave party. In response to this he said that he goes to these parties but does not know how it is arranged there.
8. ED also asked Elvish that who else has information about this rave party and who arranges the funds for the goods brought there? Elvish’s answer was that he only goes to parties.
9. Also sought information about who would bear the expenses of Elvish Yadav when he travels abroad and arrange the schedule of his foreign trip. Elvish gave detailed information only about the flight tickets and hotels booked by him. Could not give remaining information.
10. Also asked Elvis Yadav about connections to Dubai and Hong Kong. What is the connection of snake with this? In response, Elvish said that he did not know about these places.
ED started the interrogation at around 11.30 am on Tuesday. ED had earlier called Elvish for questioning on July 8. Then Elvish informed that he was abroad. It is known that officials of former MP Maneka Gandhi’s organization People for Animals had filed a case against Elvish in Noida, accusing him of smuggling snakes, which is also being investigated by ED.
