According to the notification of the Railway Board, a new weekly train will run from Jaynagar to Tata.

Passengers will benefit greatly
The people of Mithilanchal will benefit greatly from the train running from Jaynagar to Tata of Samastipur Railway Division. Because there is no train for Tata on this route, people have to come to Samastipur station and catch the Thawe Tata Express train. Now with the commencement of Jaynagar Tata train, people of Mithilanchal will be able to avail direct train service. DRM Vinay Srivastava said that it is a matter of happiness for the division that there has been a demand to run a new train for Tata from Jaynagar. Now permission has been given to run this train. Its time table has also been released.

Train will run on Friday and Saturday
DRM told that this train will be weekly. This train will leave from Tatanagar on Friday and reach Jaynagar on Saturday. Similarly, this train will run from Jaynagar on Saturday. This train will have 2 SLR, four general bogies, 7 sleeper class, three air-conditioned (3A) and one air-conditioned (2A) coach.

This train from Tatanagar will depart at 18:50 on Friday and reach Jasidih at 3:09 in the morning. Similarly, Jhajha 4:40, Kiul 5:27, Barauni 6:50 will reach Jaynagar 11:25. At the same time, this train from Jaynagar will leave from Jaynagar on Saturday at 19:30, will reach Barauni at 23:35, Kiul at 01:03, Jhajha at 02:25, Jasidih at 03:02 and Tatanagar at 11:30.

After opening from Jaynagar, this train will reach Tatanagar stopping at Madhubani, Sakri, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Barauni, Kiul, Jhajha, Jasidih, Pradhan Khunta, Dhanbad, Rajbera, Kotsila, Muri Chandil stations. Similarly, on its return journey, it will reach Jaynagar stopping at all the stations.
