The attacks of man-eating wolves are not stopping in Bahraich, UP. Last night, man-eating wolves devoured a five-year-old child in Khairighat police station area. This incident has further spread the fear of wolves in the area. The terror of wolves has been continuing in the district for the last 30-40 days. Man-eaters have killed more than half a dozen people so far. The forest department team is engaged in patrolling. The villagers are forced to live in fear.
In fact, after eight incidents in the Mahsi tehsil area of Bahraich district, the ninth incident has come to light last night from Diwanpurwa of Khairighat police station area. Here, a man-eating wolf took away five-year-old Ayansh when he was sleeping in the courtyard of the house with his mother Roli. When Roli woke up and saw her child missing, she screamed. The family searched for the child a lot but could not find him. This morning, the mutilated body of the child was found lying some distance away from the village.
Forest department officials who reached the spot after getting the information investigated the incident and sent the child’s body for post mortem. It is being said that the child was killed by a man-eating wolf. It has killed 9 people before this.
