At least eight CRPF personnel and two SPOs of Jammu and Kashmir Police were injured on Tuesday after their vehicle met with an accident near Duthapatri area of Budgam district of Central Kashmir.
Officials told the GNS that a CRPF of 181BN CRPF lost his control with Tangnar Duthapathry and changed the turtle and went into a deep gorge.
Eight CPRF personnel and two SPOs were injured in the incident. All the injured have been transferred to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The injured personnel have been identified as whistle. 35BN CRPF, Shyam Balaji of CT. Vijay Shankar of 43 BN CRPF, CT. Akshay Bhagwat of 35 BN CRPF, CT of 181 BN CRPF, CT. 25 BN CRPF, Prakash Jamatiya of CT. 25 BN CRPF, Bikas Burman of CT. Rajiv of 35 BN CRPF, DVR. Ram Gopal of 75 BN CRPF, SPO Feruz Ahmed and Sport Javid Ahmed.
Meanwhile, the police have registered a case in this regard and investigated. (GNS)
