A shocking and sensational incident has come to light in Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra. Here, a 65-year-old cancer patient first molested a minor girl living in his own house, and then made her a victim of his lust. The victim was adopted by the live-in partner of the accused. Both were taking care of the accused during his illness. The police have registered a case and started investigating the matter.

According to the information, the accused lives with his partner and the victim in a flat in the western suburb of Khar. He is suffering from cancer, which is undergoing treatment. The partner of the accused had adopted the 15-year-old victim only three months ago. Both of them together were helping the accused. But last Saturday, seeing the opportunity, he made the minor girl the victim of his lust.

A police officer of Khar police station said that on the basis of the complaint of the woman who was taking care of the victim, a case has been registered against the accused on Sunday under relevant sections of the Indian Justice Code and POCSO Act. This matter is being investigated. Initial investigation has revealed that the accused molested and sexually assaulted the girl after finding her alone in the flat.

Let us tell you that another incident of rape has also come to light in Mumbai itself. Here a man continuously made a woman a victim of his lust on the pretext of marriage. The accused himself was married, but by hiding this fact he kept making the woman a victim of his lust. A post on social media exposed the accused and the victim lodged a complaint against him.

According to the police, the accused is 33 years old, while the victim is 32 years old. The accused had befriended the woman at the railway station. He had hidden the fact from the woman that he was already married. Police suspect that the accused is a home guard constable, who has not been arrested yet. A police officer said that the victim is originally from Uttarakhand.

The victim woman worked as a caretaker. She did not have a fixed job or a place to live in Mumbai, so she lived in a waiting room at the Mumbai Central Railway Station. About six months ago, the accused, dressed in uniform, had met the woman and also exchanged mobile phone numbers with her. After some time, the closeness between them increased.

The complainant claimed that the accused took her to various places in Vakola, Bandra and Nalasopara and raped her on different occasions in the last six months. The accused had also promised to arrange a room for her to stay, but he did not keep his promise. Later, when he realized the deception, he came to the police station and lodged a case.
