35 students from Sainik School Nagrota pass UPSC NDA exam

Nagrota, September 23: Twenty-one students of the current class XII and 14 students of the previous batch of Sainik School, Nagrota have successfully passed the prestigious UPSC NDA/NA held on September 1 II written test.

The results are a testament to the school’s commitment to excellence and the unwavering dedication of its cadets, according to the release.

“The current batch of Class XII cadets have shown their mettle and the selected cadets are now concentrating on clearing the upcoming SSB interview as their next step towards joining the National Defense Academy/Naval Academy. The success is attributed to the focus provided by the institution Coaching, personalized instruction and rigorous preparation,” the release said.

The statement added that under the leadership of Principal Shibu Devasia, who took over as principal in May this year, Nagrota Sainik School has realigned its strategy to achieve the overarching goal of educating future military leaders. The school has taken new steps to enhance academic rigor and character development to ensure that students are fully prepared to meet the challenges of NDA.

Principal (India) Shibu Devasia extended his heartfelt congratulations to the successful students and commended the faculty and staff for their tireless efforts and dedication, an achievement that reflects the team spirit of Sainik School Nagrota.

The agency plans to provide comprehensive training and guidance by roping in former GTOs and psychologists with rich and diverse experience in the field to help trainees succeed in the upcoming SSB interviews.
