30 days, 70 rallies, a team of 200 leaders…Congress ‘Delhi Nyay Yatra’ starts today

Congress’ Nyay Yatra begins in Delhi from today

Following the lines of Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra and Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra, the Delhi State Congress Party started holding the Delhi Nyaya Yatra today. The journey will depart from Rajghat at 8.30 am. The pilgrimage will be carried out in all 70 congregations and all 250 corporate areas of Delhi in four different phases over the next month. The “Delhi Nyaya Yatra” on the first day will start from Rajghat and reach Ballimaran via Chandni Chowk, Matia Mahal, Hauz Qazi, Katra Barian Road in Old Delhi.

The Nyaya Yatra will be exactly like the Padyatra, with 200 regular pilgrims who will perform the Padyatra for 30 days, while other party leaders and workers will participate in the Yatra in different districts. Delhi Congress president Devendra Yadav said that the purpose of this pilgrimage is to understand the real problems of the people of Delhi and find solutions. This pilgrimage of the state Congress is very important ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections. I believe it will be February next year.

Trying to regain lost political ground

In fact, the Delhi Congress performed very poorly in the assembly elections held in 2015 and 2020. Even in these elections, the party failed to win a single seat, and in 2013 it had to settle for just eight seats. All important leaders of the Congress including Sheila Dikshit lost the election and the Congress has been fighting for its presence in Delhi since then and now with such visits, the Congress The party will try to regain the political ground it lost in Delhi.

This time Congress’s Nyaya Yatra is against the Delhi government and the Aam Aadmi Party. The purpose of naming it ‘Nyaya Yatra’ is to make the people of Delhi aware of the injustice done to them since 2013 till date. In the Yatra, most of the promises of the Aam Aadmi Party will be revealed which are yet to be fulfilled or have been half fulfilled. – Not yet finished. Apart from the Aam Aadmi Party, the ongoing conflict between the central government and the Delhi government will also be an issue during the pilgrimage.

Congress will continue to attack Arvind Kejriwal

Delhi Congress president Devendra Yadav and national spokesperson Alok Sharma, who plays an important role on behalf of the AICC in the pilgrimage, said that through this pilgrimage, the Congress will raise awareness People’s awareness of issues such as corruption in the Delhi government misleads people in the name of freedom. Power, Water and Education, will communicate directly with the public on issues such as health, law and order and pollution in Delhi.

With this yatra, the Congress will attack former Delhi chief minister and AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal, whose Aam Aadmi Party and Congress are both important parties in the Indian alliance. There remains high tension between the parties and the significant increase in electoral turnouts, which is likely to continue into parliamentary elections early next year.

Rahul Gandhi won’t attend first day of visit

Delhi Congress’ Nyay Yatra may have been inspired by Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, but due to busy schedule of Jharkhand elections, Rahul Gandhi will not participate on the first day of the pilgrimage and Mallikarjun Kharge’s plans Will be decided in the evening.
