A case of bullying by fearless miscreants has taken place in Denkanal district of Odisha. Some miscreants burned a man’s motorcycle worth Rs 1 lakh to repay a loan of Rs 800. Additionally, his family has received murder threats.

In fact, there was a long-standing dispute between two parties in Dhenkanal’s Khamar Sahi area and Mridanga Sahi area over a loan of Rs 800. It is understood that the case will also be solved at Denkanal Town Police Station.

Bad guys break into houses and wreak havoc

Even before the reconciliation, the dispute escalated so much that some miscreants of Mridan Sahi entered Kamal Sahi’s Ganeshwar Behera house and wreaked havoc. Ganeshwar’s motorcycle was set on fire and his family was even threatened with murder.

The local people were shocked

Around 20 Mridang Sahi gangsters created such a ruckus that the locals nearby were stunned. It looked as if someone had committed a serious crime and the mob came to hunt him down. The gangsters not only performed indecent acts on the women in the house but also caused serious damage to the house. Even the rice cooker on the stove was broken.

Regarding the entire incident, Dhenkanal Town Police Station Officer Prabhat Sahu said, “First, Ganeshwar Behera of Khamar Sahi got into a scuffle with a person from Mridang Sahi, due to which the people of Mridang Sahi lodged a complaint against him. On December 12, we filed a complaint based on the case No. 848 BNS Sections 126(2), 118(1), 109, 3(5) imposed on Ganeshwar Behera strip.

Motorcycle catches fire after fight

Meanwhile, Prabhat Sahu said, “After the complaint was lodged, some persons from the complainant’s side trespassed into Ganeshwar Behera’s house, beat him up and set his motorcycle on fire. Now Ganeshwar Behera A complaint was filed against him on December 13.

Task force set up to arrest defendants

The police officer said: “We have imposed BNS Sections 126(2), 115(2), 333, 324(4), 74, 326(f), 3(5) against the miscreants in Case No. 850. The entire incident Investigations are ongoing. Both sides have filed charges against each other and police have begun identifying and arresting those responsible for the disturbance.
