In Amravati, Maharashtra, a 17-year-old girl committed suicide by jumping from the 11th floor. When people saw this they immediately reached the spot. During this time the matter was informed to the police. Police reached the spot and took stock. Police officials have taken possession of the body and started investigation. Why the girl took this step is not yet clear.
According to the information, this incident took place in the Dreams Pride building located behind Tapadiya Mall in Amravati city of Maharashtra. Here on July 26 at around 6 pm, a 17 year old girl jumped from the 11th floor. Deputy Commissioner of Police Ganesh Shinde says that the girl was a resident of Chandan Nagar. There was a hardware shop at his house. She was a student of Daryapur college.

On the day of the incident, the girl reached Dreams Pride Apartment directly in her father’s car at 3:10 pm. The distance of the incident site from the girl’s house is about 2.5 kilometers. After reaching the apartment, the girl went to the 11th floor and jumped from the terrace, due to which she died.
Police said that the girl had first gone to the apartment and looked for a place to jump. Only after this this step was taken. Questions are also being raised on the role of the security guard of the apartment in this entire matter, because the girl was not stopped from going inside nor was she interrogated. The police is investigating this matter thoroughly.
