The stabbed body of a teenage girl was found in a village in Paru police station area of Muzaffarpur district. The family members identified the body and after kidnapping, they have accused a young man from the village and his associates of rape and murder. The victim’s mother says that her daughter had refused to marry the accused. Because of this the incident was carried out.
The mother of the deceased teenager has filed a case of rape and murder after kidnapping in the police station against the accused youth and his five associates. The mother told the police that the accused was a resident of the village. He had threatened three days ago that you should get your daughter married, otherwise he would kill her.
The accused had kidnapped him on August 11.
According to the victim’s mother, on the night of August 11, the accused came with five companions on three bikes. Abused and beat her husband and son. When she protested, they broke the gate of the house and entered inside and showed the daughter a knife and weapon and asked her to keep quiet. After that they pressed the daughter’s mouth and forcibly took her on the bike. When the noise was raised, people gathered nearby. After that a search was conducted, but the daughter was not found.
Dead body found in pond a day later
On the morning of 12 August, the girl’s body with her hands and legs tied was found in a pond. The mother has alleged that these people first gang-raped her daughter and then murdered her. Paru police station officer Monu Kumar said that raids are being conducted to arrest the accused.
There were wound marks on neck, head and hands
Muzaffarpur SSP Rakesh Kumar said that on August 12, the body of a 14-year-old girl was found in a village in Paru police station area. Based on the information, the police reached the spot and conducted the Panchnama of the body and sent the body for post-mortem. Three wound marks were found on the dead body. His head, neck and palm were attacked with a sharp weapon.
According to the SSP, a weapon (khurpi) has also been recovered near the spot. There were traces of blood on it. FSL team is investigating. Prima facie it appears to be a case of murder, but how the murder was committed will be known only after the post mortem report comes.

The girl’s family has lodged an FIR in this case in which there is a named accused and other unknown accused. The family members named in the FIR have accused that he wanted to forcefully marry their daughter. After refusing, the accused along with other unknown people took away her daughter from the house.
The elder sister of the deceased told that the same bullies had earlier killed her husband in a similar manner and threw away his body.
The same people had forced my minor sister to marry me. When she refused, they took her out of the house, raped her, murdered her and threw her body in a pond.
