13 IAS officers were transferred in UP on Friday. DMs of many districts were also changed. According to which Nidhi Gupta has now been made the DM of Amroha. Ravindra Mandre has been made the DM of Prayagraj. Apart from this, Arvind Bhangari has been made the DM of Agra.
Ghanshyam was made the DM of Hamirpur
In the same sequence, the DM of Hamirpur district has also been changed. Ghanshyam has now been made the DM of Hamirpur district. Navneet Chahal has been made the DM of Azamgarh and Dinesh of Jaunpur.

According to the information, the officers have been instructed to immediately take charge of the new posts. Earlier, many police officers were also transferred in the state. It is said that this decision has been taken in view of the by-elections in the state.
By-elections are to be held on these 10 seats in UP
1- Ghaziabad: BJP MLA Dr. Atul Garg has won the Ghaziabad Lok Sabha seat.
2- Majhawan: Nishad Party MLA from Manjhwa, Dr. Vinod Kumar Bind has won the Bhadohi Lok Sabha seat on a BJP ticket.
3-Mirapur: RLD MLA from Meerapur, Chandan Chauhan has become MP from Bijnor.
4- Milkipur: Samajwadi Party MLA from Milkipur, Ayodhya, Avdhesh Prasad has become MP from Faizabad seat.
5- Karhal: Karhal MLA and Leader of Opposition Akhilesh Yadav has won the Lok Sabha elections from Kannauj.
6- Katehari: SP MLA from Katehari, Lalji Verma has won the Lok Sabha election from Ambedkar Nagar.
7- Kundarki: Kundarki MLA Ziaur Rahman Barq has won the Lok Sabha election from Sambhal
8- Phulpur: The local BJP MLA Praveen Patel has won the Phulpur Lok Sabha seat.
9- Well: BJP MLA from Khair seat of Aligarh and state government minister Anoop Pradhan Valmiki has won the election from Hathras Lok Sabha seat.
10 -Sisamau: The seat has fallen vacant due to cancellation of membership of SP’s Irfan Solanki after he was sentenced to jail in a criminal case.
