The enemy property registered in the name of former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf’s family will be auctioned today. Online bidding will be done for this. People from different states are reaching Kotana village in Baghpat to see the land. 13 bighas of Musharraf’s family’s land will be registered in the name of the person who buys it today.

Pervez Musharraf’s family lived in Kotana village of Baghpat. At the time of partition of India, his family went to Pakistan, but the family’s land and mansion remained here. Musharraf’s family’s property was included in enemy property. Let us tell you that Pervez Musharraf died on 5 February 2023.

Musharraf’s family moved to Delhi in 1943

It is said that Pervez Musharraf’s father Musharrafuddin and mother Begum Zarin were residents of Kotana village. Both of them got married in Kotana. They started living in Delhi in the year 1943, where Pervez Musharraf and his brother Dr. Javed Musharraf were born. At the time of partition in the year 1947, his family settled in Pakistan. Apart from Delhi, his family’s mansion and agricultural land is also present in Kotana, in which Pervez Musharraf’s land was sold, but more than 13 bighas of agricultural land of his brother Dr. Javed Musharraf and other family members was saved.

15 years ago the land was included in enemy property

Apart from this, the Kotana mansion was registered in the name of his cousin Humayun. The land of Pervez Musharraf’s brother Dr. Javed Musharraf and other family members was registered as enemy property 15 years ago. The auction of Musharraf’s family’s land declared as enemy property in Kotana, Baghpat has started. The process of auctioning about half of the land will be completed today and a new name will be registered in the records. As soon as this land is auctioned, the name of Pakistan’s former President Pervez Musharraf’s brother and family will disappear from Baghpat.
