In Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, a 40-year-old man raped a 10-year-old girl. As the girl screamed, the man was grabbed and handed over to police. In this regard, the police have registered a case and launched further actions.
The incident took place in Devin Tola area of ​​Kannauj Sadar Kotwali district. Here’s a 10-year-old girl out looking for her buffalo. While searching for the buffalo, the girl arrived near a garden. A man in his 40s who was already there grabbed the girl and took her to a ruins. There he raped the girl.
After a nearby woman saw the girl screaming, she grabbed the young man raping her and called the police, where others from the area also arrived. Thereafter, they captured the young man before taking him hostage and notifying the police. After the police learned about the situation, they took the suspect back to the police station to file a case and began to take further action.
Regarding the incident, SP Amit Kumar Anand said that information was received about the rape of a 10-year-old minor girl. In this case, the accused has been detained by Kannauj police station. A case has been filed and legal action is being taken.
